On 6 March 2026, the EMVS Forum 2026 brought together around 200 in-person participants from across Europe, including regulators, policymakers, enforcement networks, public-health organisations, and supply chain stakeholders, to address evolving pharmaceutical crime threats and reinforce cooperation to protect patients.
Our Organisation

The European Medicines Verification Organisation (EMVO) is a Belgian non-profit organisation representing stakeholders united in securing the legal supply chain from falsified medicines. Its founding stakeholders are EFPIA (the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations), Medicines for Europe (the European Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Association), PGEU (the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union), GIRP (the European Healthcare Distribution Association) and Affordable Medicines Europe. EMVO’s affiliate stakeholders are EAHP (European Association of Hospital Pharmacists) and HOPE (European Hospital and Healthcare Federation).
