The deadline of the implementation of the Falsified Medicines Directive 2011/62/EU and the Delegated Regulation 2016/161 (altogether ‘FMD’) approaches fast. The purpose of the attached Letter of Announcement is to address pharmaceutical companies that haven’t started the on-boarding process to the EU Hub yet and make a notice to on-board on time.
